Parish Walks
MEND Programme
The MEND (Mind Exercise Nutrition & Do it!) programme provides overweight and obese children aged 7 - 13 and their families with the opportunity to learn how to lead a healthy lifestyle. MEND is a 10 week programme offering workshop sessions on diet and lifetsyle choices together with fun exercise sessions. Active Lifestyle Exercise Referral
The Active Lifestyle scheme is a great way of using physical activity to recover from health problems. Patients can be referred by their health professional (doctor, physio etc) to the gym, swimming, community exercise classes or health walks. Leisure Access Card
The Leisure Access Card provides families and looked after children with a 50% discount for use at Harborough Leisure Centre and Lutterworth Sports Centre. You can apply for a leisure access card if you are eligible for free school meals, a looked after child or a foster carer and child.
